Design and development

In addition to its catalogue products, Green Gear Trasmissioni develops special products designed to measure to meet any non-standard power transmission requirement. Our engineering department works alongside the customer from the very first stages, analysing operating conditions and specific requirements in the field in order to propose dedicated solutions. We can manufacture special components for gear boxes (for example gears and shafts to drawing), non-standard spindles and couplings, as well as complete integrated systems for unique applications.

Every special product is the result of careful design and highly qualified in-house manufacturing, which give us total flexibility in customisation without giving up quality. The short supply chain – from design to construction in our own plant – also guarantees short lead times and direct control over every stage, which is essential when an urgent plant requirement has to be met quickly.
